December is the month for the Advent Calendar on Neopets world. Everyday you can go and take a present (or more). It's a very awaited event in Neopets and no one should miss it! That's why I'll put the address of it here, so you can go directly:

Games

Wow, there's been a long time since I last wrote here! Blame my job, it takes me almost my whole day!:)
Today I'll tell you the games I usually play to get NPs. First of all, the best games to earn NPs are Sutek's Tomb, Destruct-O-Match II, Defender Trainer, Extreme Herder, and so on. These are quick games and you can win more in less time. But my fave, though not very rewarding is Meerca Chase! I also love to play pyramids but mostly for the trophies.:) Tell me which games you prefer! Please, give me sme feedback with your comments!

Guilds

Today I'll talk about the Neopets Guilds. But what are guilds? A guild is an association of people with some things in common. Like there's guild which main aim is to help members get avatars, others are composed of fans of certain bands, cartoons, actors... My guild's main aim is to help our members in anything they need. By the way, my guild's called Help Neofriends. All members are very welcome!
Some guilds have games and prizes to their members and mine is no exception. You should relly try some guilds as I'm sure you'll find there are some big advantages. Good luck on your guild's quest!

Shop Restocking

Today, as it is my guild's theme of discussion, I'll tell you some things about my way of restocking.
First, you must obviously create a shop. To make it look good, learn some HTML from Neopets help site. What I always do is to take a good amount of NPs and buy everything that I'm sure it's a lot lower than usual. My first advice to you is to try to buy the most you can on every 3rd day of the month as it is the Half Price Day and so every item in Neopian shops costs half the regular value.
I usually check the food shop first. Then, I go up by changing the number of the shop on the browser's address bar. The food shop is number 1. If you don't see anything with interest on the food shop, go quickly to the book shop, which is number 7. When you can't buy more books (yes, books usually are all worthy to buy and that's why they usually vanish in seconds!), I go to other shops. Usually my next point is number 58, the Post Office. Then I go to the shops over 70 until 85 (the last one at the moment, I think).
My favourite items to buy: food, books, stamps, cards, petpets, fruits, icy food and some toys.
One last tip: don't buy an item just because you see it's rare. Some rare items are actually quite abundant.

My pets

Today, I'll write about my pets.
My first pet ever was Borboleta and it started for being a Blue Nimmo. After being taken to the Laboratory Ray several times, she's now with this look:

My second pet was adopted from the Neopian pound (this means it was made by someone else and not by me). Her name's Eryn_Kate and she's always been an Aisha. She used to be red but I bought a pink Paint Brush to paint her and now she's like this:

Along with Eryn_Kate I used to have Zairasa, who was a Korbat when I adopted her. Now, Zairasa belongs to a new owner.
Finally, my third pet is FatGurl2003 and she is now a "he", after the ray changed his gender.:)
He is now a Faerie Kiko and looks like this:

My next pet (as the limit for each user is 4 pets) will hopefully be a Faerie Draik, as this is my favourite pet of all! Here's a picture of one:

The Laboratory Ray

Today I'm going to explain what the lab ray is and how you can get it!
The lab ray is, in my opinion, one of the best things in Neopets. It can change almost everything in your pet: its colour, species, gender, strength, defence, health points, move... My favourite times are when it changes my pet colour and/or species!:)
To get the access to the lab ray, follow these simple (but expensive) steps:
1. Buy all the 9 different Secret Laboratory Map pieces
2. Go to the Games section
3. Click on the Puzzle Games

4. Click on the Treasure Maps

5. Select "Laboratory"
6. Go through the whole process and don't get scared if the mad scientist says it could be bad for your pet (your pet can never die, remember that!)
Of course sometimes the result isn't the best. Maybe it'll change your pet to a species or color you don't like or even take away some strength or defense points. But from my experience it's really worth it!
Biggest disadvantage: the huge price of the map pieces (about 50000-60000 NP each!)

I had a really hard time when there was once a glitch in the site that took away my map! I had to buy the whole 9 pieces AGAIN!!!

What's Neopets?

Neopets is a site where you can have virtual pets. But it's not only that! There, you can meet millions of people around the world, play hundreds of games, take over your shop of virtual items, buy and sell stocks and much, much more.
In fact, after being a regular user of that for more than 4 years, I still don't know a lot of stuff.
That's why I've created this blog! Here you'll find lots of tips and new things I find out while surfing there. Also, I'll use it sometimes to express my joy when I get something I really wanted too, like having all the stamps and cards in Neopia (the world of Neopets).
